Welcome to Alive Landscape Design Studio! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website alivelandscapedesign.com and the services offered by Alive Landscape Design Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Alive Landscape Design Studio offers digital landscape design services, including but not limited to:

Concept design (Basic Package)
3D visualization (Advanced Package)
Construction drawings (Premium Package)

2. Pricing

All services are priced based on project size and package selection:

Basic Package: $1 per sqft
Advanced Package: $2 per sqft
Premium Package: $3 per sqft
Minimum project size: 200 sqft
Rush Delivery: Additional 30% of project total
Extra Revisions: $50 per additional revision

3. Revisions Policy

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions:

Basic: 1 revision
Advanced: 2 revisions
Premium: 3 revisions

Additional revisions will be billed at $50 per revision.

4. Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround time will be communicated at the time of order. Rush delivery reduces the timeline by 3–5 days and is subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

100% upfront payment is required for all projects.
Payment must be made via the methods listed at checkout or shared upon invoicing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

No refunds will be issued once work has begun.
If a project is cancelled before work starts, a refund of 80–90% will be issued, depending on the situation (e.g., administrative or processing fees).
All refund decisions are at the discretion of Alive Landscape Design Studio.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear design briefs, site measurements, and relevant information to ensure accurate delivery. Delays in communication or input may extend delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property.

Alive Landscape Design Studio retains the right to display completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. All final deliverables provided to the client are for personal and non-commercial use unless commercial rights are granted explicitly.

9. Limitation of Liability.

We strive to deliver high-quality designs tailored to your needs. However, we are not responsible for:

Errors resulting from incorrect information or measurements provided by the client.
Any construction, implementation, or installation based on our digital designs.
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the effective date updated above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
